Da Tang Goods and Commerce trading center in Guangxi China was Forcefully demolished by Local Government after opening merely 3 hours
On December 31st, 2019, “Da Tang” Goods and Commerce trading center was celebrating its grand opening with fireworks, but after merely 3 hours, the Xi Xiang Tang local government brought in dozens of riots polices under the order of CCP. After the riots police’s arrival, they started driving out all of the shoppers and business owners and isolated everyone away from the trade center. Then, heavy construction vehicles rolled into the trade center, and excavators equipped with hydraulic hammers started the demolition. As such dramatic and ruthless events started to unfold, business owners watched their shops being torn down right in front of their eyes.
The Xi Xiang Tang local government and its officials provided no compensation to the business owners’ expenses which included but not limited to repair fees, deposits, pre-paid rents, and other expenses. The business investments from approximately 5,000 business owners all went up in flame.
On January 4th, the business owners that were affected by the forceful demolition started a protest advocating for their rights, all of their banners were taken away by force once again by local riots polices.
If we assume each business owner has a family of three, approximately 15,000 people would lose their family income and fell into extreme poverty, and it was all caused by this forceful demolition directed by CCP.
