The Chinese Communist Party is known for its infiltration projects and influence operations around the world. As more and more countries come to realize the danger of their “One Belt One Road” initiatives, Confucius Institutions, consulates, academia groups, etc., there is another level of infiltration that mustn’t be ignored—the CCP agents and spies in the civil communities. They appear to be normal citizens or residents in the local communities, but are actually working for the CCP to persecute ordinary Chinese people and undermine the local systems.
This serious issue is brought to public attention in Mr. Miles Guo’s live broadcast on Oct 5. He believes if this problem isn’t dealt with, the CCP is never taken down completely and will probably come back. So he says the New Federal State of China and the “Whistleblower Movement” will take legal actions and make sure these CCP agents and spies are brought to justice.
So far, these CCP agents and spies appear to show the following abnormal phenomena:
a. Many of them don’t have stable jobs. Some run a self-media channel on YouTube, some claim they are pastors, some do part-time jobs. But almost all of them own a large amount of assets, including houses and fancy vehicles.
b. Some of them receive large amounts of donations from unknown sources, but never show the public the usages or tax return status of these millions of dollars.
c. Some of them constantly say they believe in God or has something to do with religion or human rights persecutions, in order to earn themselves some empathy. But in fact, it’s their disguise and stepping stone into the local communities. A good example is Bob Fu.
d. Many of them claim to be anti-CCP, but actually are CCP members and have complex connections with it. Their family members in mainland China are either super rich or “successful”.
e. Some of them show a swinging political stance on the local politics, say, one time they might be criticizing President Trump or slamming Mr. Bannon, and another time, they were found applauding the Trump Administration’s China policies. But most of them try very hard to connect with the government or circles by networking, schmoozing, bragging and picture taking. They are also allegedly connected with local gangs.
f. Many of them are good at manipulating the social medias, using subtle CCP criticism to push the real CCP narrative. Their real purposes include the CCP propaganda, to defame Hong Kong protests, to rumor Dr. Yan, to attack the anti-CCP “Whistleblower Movement”, and to slander the New Federal State of China.
g. Despite the heavy censorship and human rights abuses in China, some of them, who label themselves “anti-CCP”, could travel back and forth between China and other countries freely, or publish books in China, or communicate on WeChat. People should note that Dr. Limeng Yan’s mother was arrested by the CCP.
h. What’s more, many of them have business relations with Communist China, say, a travel company, law services, logistics, and even asylum assistances. Bob Fu is allegedly committing asylum frauds to bring illegal immigrants into the United States. Sasha Gong has allegedly employed illegal workers in her restaurant. When convenient, we’d like to know if they file tax returns for their full income for each year.
i. They are everywhere, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, the U.K., New Zealand…

As Mr. Miles Guo has mentioned, this is extremely concerning to all of us. The CCP’s infiltration appears in many forms and this is one of the most dangerous one to all peace-loving nations, including the New Federal State of China. We will take legal actions, reveal their real status, and make sure these running-dogs of the CCP and traitors to the Chinese people are brought to justice. We want to wipe out the CCP influence and work on a clean and beautiful environment with rule of law, human rights and democracy for the new Federal Chinese and our allies.
