China: New internet security technology standard takes effect on Dec. 1st

On May 10, Communist China released states’ new “internet security technology standard.” The standard applies to all companies and individuals in China, including multinational companies and persons.

The standard Number is GBT22239-2019. The standard contains around 40 pages about ‘internet security.’ All items seem to be normal except the below ones relating to ‘audit.’(shown as below)

Audit requirements.

For the sake of security audits, all companies’ and individuals’ internet data (all users’ data) will be transparent to the Chinese Communist Party. The standard takes effect on December 1st.

Two days later, all companies and individuals on the soil of China will no longer have trade secrets, technical secrets or intellectual property secrets, etc., let alone personal identification data and in-depth personal information, etc.
